All of our products are made and packaged with love and great care in a clean, smoke-free, pet-free workspace.

Payment

At this time, we accept only accept Direct Checkout through our Etsy shop. We appreciate your payment to be made at the same time as your purchase. If there is no payment or Etsy message, we will only hold an item for 2 business days before cancelling the order and relisting the item.

Shipping

We will ship your order as soon as possible after your payment has cleared, and always within 5 business days. A confirmation note will be sent via Etsy messages when your order has been shipped. Please note that we will ship to your Etsy address unless otherwise specified. We will always combine shipping for multiple items and refund any excess so that you are not overcharged. Alternatively, you may contact us for a custom listing with an exact shipping cost. Depending on your location, please allow 2 to 14 business days for delivery as we ship via Canada Post. If you would like your order sooner, or with a tracking number, please let us know and we will get back to you within 2 business days with the cost and a custom listing.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply, and that we are not responsible for shipping delays due to customs.

We do all that we can to package your order beautifully and safely, but if it has been damaged in any way during transit please contact us right away.

Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, or if your order has been damaged during transit, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date for a replacement or full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition, or buyers are responsible for any loss of value. All shipping charges for returning products are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error or damage in transit, in which case a photo is required. Your satisfaction and enjoyment of our products are guaranteed!

The Amber Lily products and statements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please consult a doctor or health care practitioner if you have any questions or concerns, and before using if you have any medical conditions, are taking medication, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.

We work hard on our products, so please do not use any of our original photographs or illustrations without our written consent.
