In “Dragons Love Tacos 2: The Sequel” by Adam Rubin, there are no more tacos! The dragons are so sad about this. The boy, his dog, and some dragons go on a time-travel adventure. They land prior to the taco party incident of the first book to collect some tacos. They want to plant them and grow taco trees! Various funny things occur when the dragons accidentally eat tacos with spicy salsa and experience ‘the tummy troubles’. As with the first book, the illustrations by Daniel Salmieri are a perfect fit for this hilarious sequel.

However, they cannot have spicy salsa on their tacos because it gives them ‘the tummy troubles’. One day, at a party with great music, decorations and tacos, something goes wrong – the dragons eat spicy salsa by accident, and set the house on fire! Later, they help to rebuild it, while eating tacos on their breaks. The illustrations by Daniel Salmieri fit the story and humor perfectly. There is even a sequel!
