Parsley — Petroselinum crispum — 100+ Seeds

This variety of parsley grows 20-40 cm tall and 20-40 cm wide. The smooth, flat leaves are light to dark green, very aromatic, and have a rich, sweet flavor. It tastes great in salads, soups, sauces, pesto, tea, and even smoothies! Parsley is a biennial, meaning that in the plant’s second year it will produce 60-80 cm stems with tiny white flowers on the end of 5-10 cm umbels.

Seed outdoors from March until the end of July. Lightly cover seeds with soil; keep moist. Space 20-30 cm apart for best growth. Moderate water. Full sun to partial shade.
